The DOL EEOICPA process is very complicated and time consuming.  Let a eeoicpa expert assist you with your claim.  Gina Martinez is that individual who will be there for you from the start to the end.  Gina is very helpful, knowledgeable in the DOL EEOICPA process, friendly and approachable.  Gina gets the job done and is there to fight for the claimants rights and will help you achieve the highest compensation possible.  Gina has assisted me by being my advocate with my claim.  I could not have done it without her expertise and coaching.  I strongly recommend Gina Martinez to be your advocate and let her handle you claim.  Gina keeps you abreast of your claim status on a regular basis.

I would like to thank you very much for your service as my DOL advocate these past few years.  Your knowledge, expertise and experience have made the entire process easier to navigate. You have correctly advised me on information that  wasn't aware of.  I also believe that you are truly a caring and kind human being concerned with my overall health and well being. Additionally, I was not previously advised that there were DOL impairment doctors available to me in Northern New Mexico.  Without your expertise, the task of dealing with DOL would have been cumbersome and stressful. With your effective support and guidance, I am now able to fully focus on my health!  You have made a difference for me and my family.  Thank you once again!

Gina helped my brother Bob when he was at his lowest point.  After working for the Department of Energy for over 30 years, he had lost everything; his wife, his house to foreclosure, and he was getting fed by Santa Fe County elder services. Early this year he was sick for weeks & had to be taken to the hospital. He was diagnosed with kidney failure and then with metastatic cancer… That’s when Gina found   out about him from a neighbor. Gina immediately sprang into action. She contacted me (his brother & Power of Attorney living in Texas), she spent time with us and explained what she does and the challenges we would face in trying to get his claim processed. We hired her to represent him. Within 24 hours she had the needed documents taken to his bedside along with a notary & witnesses. She arranged to get his medical records, and was able to quickly get his claimed filed. She then shepherded his claim through the process, getting medical updates & calling for status updates.  About 6 months later she was successful in getting the payment made for his claim. He is finally getting the medical treatment and nutrition that he needs, we have been able to buy and are renovating a small home for him to live in - close to his friends and his medical care. The small fee we paid Gina was well worth it to get Bob some relief before it was too late.  Thank you Gina for your hard work and dedication.

My name is Lonnie Sutton.  In December of 2015, the Doctor discovered a large mass on my left kidney.  I underwent a radical left nephrectomy of July 7, 2016, and as a result, I was diagnosed with Stage IV metastatic kidney cancer. Pathology revealed renal cell carcinoma with an adrenal gland metastasis.

As a former employee of Sandia and Los Alamos National Laboratories, where I worked as an Electrician for 37 years, I became eligible for compensation under the Energy Employee’s Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA).  Gina Martinez was extremely helpful in facilitating the process of obtaining the benefits provided by the EEOICPA.   As my Representative, Gina expended many hours helping me obtain the necessary employment history records, filling out the required EE forms and gathering supporting documents such as medical records and claim worksheets.

Gina Martinez is a blessing to me.  Without her energy and determination, I would not have had the energy to pursue the benefits I was eligible for as a result of radiation exposure under the EEOIPA.

When I first met with Gina Martinez I had no idea what was involved in filing a claim with  EEOIC. Because of her knowledge and professionalism, she made the process painless and easy to follow. She was very sympathetic of my illness and took care of all the paperwork and instructed me on how to respond to the correspondence from the EEOIC. She is extremely pleasant to work with and is always available when I contact her. Without Gina I would never have made it through the process or the filing my claim. I am very grateful and thankful for Gina Martinez and her advocacy on my behalf.

Gina Martinez,  is a bonified professional.  My family and I are very grateful to Gina.  Gina helped my wife ( Denise ) , who was diagnosed with Stage 4 RENAL CELL CARCINOMA, and  was deemed TERMINAL.  She passed after a year of intense suffering and excruciating pain. Gina as her advocate , in an utmost timely manner got Denise all the DOE benefits, that were needed.  Without  the essential medical card we could never been able to afford the overwhelming cost of treatment and chemotherapy. (50,000 plus)  a month.  Gina, is now helping with my initial claim.  I was also an employee of the Los Alamos  Laboratory.  I was a prototype machinist, who was exposed to  pyroforic and toxic materials,  including exposures to dangerous chemicals.  I highly respect  and highly recommend  GINA MARTINEZ.  Thank You for your  uncanny determination to help all.
